Delivery

All goods are sent by Royal Mail and we aim for dispatch within 3 working days from the order date. If you need the items sooner than this, please drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate this for you.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Please note that over the Christmas period your orders may take slightly longer than usual. If the item which you order is going to be delayed in any way, we will contact you via email and offer you the option to cancel should you not wish to wait.

If you would like to collect your order for free, please email us at sarah@saddlecreek.co.uk to arrange a time. Just click on the "Free collection" option in delivery. Free collection is either available from Maidford (NN12) or Priors Marston (CV47).

Delivery Costs

Free Standard Delivery on orders over: £50
Standard 2nd class delivery via Royal Mail up to 1KG: £4.50
Collection from Maidford or Priors Marston: Free

Returns

We hope that you will be totally happy with your order, however should you wish to return an item for any reason please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by email at sarah@saddlecreek.co.uk.

Goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving them. All items must be returned in perfect condition. You are responsible for the arrangement and cost of return shipping and delivery with the exception of damaged items. We strongly advise using a tracked postage service with insurance as we cannot offer refunds for any items that fail to reach us.

We reserve the right to return any of the merchandise that does not meet Saddle Creek return requirements. All products purchased on sale or seconds items are final sale and non returnable.

We will process a refund to your original payment method within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
